Gamma / Brightness Adjustment Menu

Please tell, how to display the gamma/brightness setting that was at the very beginning (against the background of the word Doom)? Turned on hdr, made a couple more changes, but how to adjust the gamma/brightness again? I can not find this menu in the settings.

in the list under video its the third option.
it litteraly say gamma, click it and u get in that screen.
