Battery in Taras Nabad?
Doing cleanup before wrapping up Taras Nabad, but can't find a way to get to the battery in large yard with poisonous pool. It looks like I have to drop a weight in room above battery, but I don't have idea how to get into the upper room either. Any help?

Never mind, I was just blind. There is crackle in one of the statues around. Break it and find a switch.
