Blue Skull Secrets
Anyone know what they're for? Found a few scattered across the first few levels; you get notified it's a secret, but I can't work out what they actually do.

Are you referring to the sentinel crystals?

Its a supercharge powerup from the classic DOOM games. It just fills your health and armor.
