Report a translation problem
You have to open your device manager, expand your 'display adapters', and disable your integrated GPU, leaving only your high powered one active. This forces Doom to use the correct GPU.
Just remember to re-enable it if you want to benefit for the iGPU's power saving at a later date.
Oh, and don't use the Steam Overlay FPS meter at all as it will reduce your FPS significantly. If you need performance data, turn on 'performance metrics' in the setting ingame (I think that's what it's called).
Two are showing up there, AMD Radeon (TM) R7 Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960, would the Integrated GPU be the AMD?
