if you got an nvidia card - you can simply go into nvidia control panel - 3d settings - and you can chose doom eternal - high performance nvidia processor.
I once tried plugging off my laptop and running on battery so that it uses only single GPU (ofcourse AMD) and it opened without the error, the game ran on 30 fps and then I plugged in my charger and the game ran smoothly at 90 fps. (probably the NVidia graphics also came into work). I think ASUS built in laptop motherboard algorithm uses both of the graphics drivers simultaneously. This method was working for 2-3 times, but then again the problem came even with my laptop running on battery.
So, apparently this errors come in laptop having dual graphic drivers. And the only solution for now seems to DISABLE and ENABLE either of the G.drivers.
this worked for me, thanks.
Thank you very much! You're a savior!
