According to the min specs (ryzen 3), your cpu wont be able to run or start the game. You should start thinking on a upgrade :)

Ryzen 3 or even 5 cpu's are not that expensive, if you wanna stay with amd and if you dont mind not getting absolute high end performance.

Yes I know that it is old but I thought it would still work because of 3.40 GHz. I never had problems with it until now. Everything worked with it. So it is. I need a better CPU. Thank you guys for answering me.

Doom 2016 worked just fine. Also Total War Three Kingdoms works without problems.

CPU is not only the clock speed. For example architecture, features.
