Does MSI Afterburner work/show up ?
Title does say it all, does it work or not ?

Switch to Vulkan and it wont work. Eternal has no OpenGL. Only Vulkan. Same in new Wolfenstein. But MSI Afterburner will still record data. The ingame overlay just doesn't work.

On an NVIDIA driver, right? That's because Vulkan HDR is handled by NV's drivers using D3D11, and RTSS's overlay works fine in D3D11.

But you will run into problems with tearing.

The ingame tool is fine, but it doesn't show temperature and I'm playing on a laptop, so I'd like to keep track of that

at least it can cap the frame rate.

an updated version of RTSS may support display, but just use the built in game OSD

Rivatuner + afterburner works fine with NVIDIA 442.74 + rivatuner 7.1 https://youtu.be/I7aEvJSFbho but with 445.75 + any rivatuner no - on gtx1080

Problem is your getting a much lower framerate with the overlay enabled. On that video your averaging 75% GPU Usage. On my setup I was getting around a 30 to 40 fps difference by not having it enabled.
