Content still encrypted during pre load

Hey, has anybody had an error saying "content still encrypted" while doing the pre load of doom?

An error ocurred while installing DOOM Eternal (content still encrypted).

I've tried installing other games and it works so it's only with doom, reparing the installation folder, clearing the cache, uninstalling steam, trying to install it on another drive...

I have retail key and I can't preload as well.
Some people with the keys from the same shop can pre-load.
So probably there is some hidden queue dur to high load.
And this queue is not "first in - first out" type.

I was able to start, and finish my pre-load yesterday. Now it's just sitting in the download page with an"update required" in queue.

Luckly now I'm able to download it, I didin't do anything to fix it. So it depends on steam.

That means it is pre-loaded.
