Why theres still no Doomguy face health bar?
Remember that?,. in old where on mid bottom health shows doom face reaction along the gameplay through,why didnt they add that ? just wondeirng.

Uhm no...? Why do some people instantly think changes like this are for political reasons?

They renamed him "Doom Slayer" because "Doomguy" is a community given name. Nobody really knew what to call him, he was just the guy from Doom. "Doom Slayer" makes more sense for the story because that's what the legions of hell chose to name him for being ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scary. Seriously, which of these sound more threatening to you: "Gun Dude" or "The Punisher"? What about "Big Lizard Thing" or "Godzilla"? They're gonna give him a serious and threatening name because he's SERIOUSLY THREATENING TO THEM.

And as for the face, they just didn't want to add unnecessary screen clutter. It's so painfully obvious that he's a guy and literally everyone who knows what Doom is knows that.

Use your brain for once and stop assuming everything you don't like is because of politics, dumbass.

Huh, what?!
Is it like SJW people force them to do that? or DOOM dev doesnt like classic hud style because of fear of sjw thing? somthing like that ?

Well we already got the classic hurt sound effects from Doomguy though altered since we'll get the classic weapon poses again along with a sound pack and likely various skins post launch

They may end up doing a new face hud. It would be cool if they had one for the original Marine head and Doom slayer helmet

well remember when they played Metroid? no one would have worried or guessed who they were playing as, even a neutral name of Samus. Then the world went crazy when they beat the game and found out it was a female, do you really want that to happen again? Buuut on another note, we all knew from the start, this is a guy, you seen his face in the early days as a health gage, you heard his grunts when being hit, stereotyping shouldnt be a problem here. Doom started as a guy, and he's gonna die a guy.

so thats why he isnt called doom guy because thoes moronic sjws ruined the lore of the series im sad that they dont call him the doom guy we all know he is male but the sjws dont want the character to be male
