No, I like updates lol let's me know it isn't dead or stuck in a certain spot. Game devs have largely pulled back from release dates they might not be able to meet thus disappoint people.
What is needed is patients from us, this is a lot of work they have committed to. Sign up for the beta if you can't wait lol
No the updates are 100% pointless.
We're not giving them money to have "patients". We want what was promised. Don't try to white-knight the poor devs.
And I'm not doing a beta unless I'm compensated for my time and effort.
