Was the Storage and AI Hub fixed? What I mean is, if you build one and it gets sold or destroyed, you keep the stats/bonus the buildings give. (works with the HQ too)

If it didn't work for your savefile, there is a console command to recalculate buiding limits.
"debug_recalculate_building_limits"

I stop playing this game, because there was really lag when its come to late game.

What ever happened to that shield from some of the DLC trailers. There is a deployable shield that doesn't seem to be in the game.

Try the alternative fire mode on heavy plasma.

Is there any chance the lightning flash brightness can be reduced. If you are moving your screen and you happen to be in front of a bolt(which is often) it is quite unpleasant.
