Survival Maps Locked

When I want to start Survival Mode, there are maps on the right side of the screen that I can choose to play on. However, the only active survival map for me is the Tropical Zone. The others, like the Acidic Hollow or Volcanic Area, are locked for me. Why could that be? I've completed the campaign and purchased all DLCs.

Complete the tropical survival map to unlock more, i think vanilla maps have to be unlocked in sequence but DLC maps will be all unlocked by tropical

Completion of the Campaign and purchase of the DLCs has nothing to do with Survival. As dj8472 said, you must first complete Survival on the Tropical map in order to unlock the next map in the sequence as well as the DLC maps. The DLC maps would be available in Survival even if you didn't purchase the DLCs. All the DLCs really do is add content to the Campaign.

I bought the Metal Terror DLC, which appeared as additional missions in the campaign and unlocked certain technologies after completing them.

Now I’ve purchased the other two DLCs, and I’m curious — if I play in Survival mode, how will I see the content from these DLCs? Will it show up as additional technologies, weapons, or enemies at random times?

Everything is available in survival without buying the DLC's, the DLC's are for campaign missions only

Do you mean in Campaign? Because the DLCs only add content to the Campaign. They add nothing to Survival.

In Campaign, you'll see the content the same way you did Metal Terror. An event triggers on the HQ map once you meet the unlock conditions. If you have an existing save, the events will trigger automatically as long as you meet the unlock conditions; no need to start a new Campaign.
