I could run it on M1 PRO Macbook with https://getwhisky.app/ and turning off ESync. Probably should run with Crossover as well. Max graphics settings, 2048x1152

They likely wont do MacOS support until the multiplayer is done a the Multiplayer requires changes to the game engine. Ask after Multiplayer is complete... even then, MacOS is less than 3% of Steam users, and about 4% of computer users in general, so not likely a priority.

I suggest running a windows image on your mac... it will work fine from there.
