Game breaking bug at stregarost nest mission

At the part where a crystal spawns and you are supposed to scan it, i guess it broke somehow and a bunch of rock monsters spawned and tried to kill me. I killed the rock monsters but the objective is stuck at "investigate the anomaly" even though its destroyed and there is nothing on the map(i zoomed out and no marker). As a result of this i cannot get the hazenite resource it seems.

I have this as well, I already have Hazenite though.
I interacted with the thing first and got the crafting blueprints for all the Dash - Energy tiers. (unless that popped up at the same time by coincidence)

I accidentally destroyed it when I got swarmed and had to defend my self, then Captain Dullard said something along the lines of you "shouldn't have done that and there will probably be consequences"

No idea what that means yet and I can't just replay the mission.
