So when will they fix the bug that only 1 works?

This is one that is hard to say. Not everyone is having that issue.
Uh, for every Decompressor, you need 1 compressor.
I have had 6 or so pairs working at any one time. Keeping in mind as jack said its 1 to 1.
i have 4 compressors (2 for yellow stuff and 2 for purple stuff) they take 200 each, supply is 500, the compressors work perfectly (i think) which is why i only said de-compressor. i have 2 de-compressors 1 set to yellow stuff and is working, the other i set to purple stuff and nothing happens.
I use decompressors all over the place to bring in morphium. and I have like 10k morphium available from my network. I also have about 1000 water to fuel fusion reactors. and I can easily split them so 1 t3 compressor serves 2 t1 decompressors.
Just to double check. Is the decompressor set to receive the correct liquid? Clicking that middle option and choosing the liquid.

Compressor 1 set to yellow liquid - intake 200/s - supply 500/s (300/s remaining)
Compressor 2 set to yellow liquid - intake 200/s - supply 500/s (100/s remaining)
Compressor 3 set to purple liquid - intake 200/s - supply 600/s (400/s remaining)
Compressor 4 set to purple liquid - intake 200/s - supply 600/s (200/s remaining)

De-compressor 1 set to yellow liquid - works - output 200/s - supply 400/s (200/s remaining)
de-compressor 2 set to purple liquid - does not work - output 0/s - supply 400/s

both set ups are the same (tubes and storage attached) 1 works, 1 does not.

Write a detailed bug report on their discord. The more information devs get, the faster it gets fixed.
it works its just very fidgetid. (mostly because nothing else in the game works like this; this is straight up simcity connect each note at the specific point :P
as we havent done anything like it and resources just magically fly to the building using it, this really fcks with our expectations and makes us dumb or feel dumb)

1. check water actually connect to the right entry/exit;
2. check it is actually the right refinery for that type of "water" (acid is fire refinery).
2. deleted the connecting pipe and rebuilt it, be sure you can see it connect at that point of the building.

and it goes; water->refinery -> compressor. (you can put storage anywhere you want)
and out; decompressor-> to any water use or storge.

and that's that (but it's fiddly as hell honestly, but haven't found a bug that wasn't me just not catching how to do it, which was A LOT, especially with the idea it was inherently buggy, it doesn't seem to be)

(water+water slug=refine water, acid etc. is fire refinery even though it shows it as slug it is not)

honestly its damn stupid that water pumps dont magically just put water into the resources like everything else does.
you think fking uranium just pops out and just magically fly to where it need refining and then magically fly bnack again?
the pipes are fcking stupid! and should eat bad food and get sick and fk off, stupid pipes also dont go through walls -l-
