Alien laboratory in Survival

It seems to me it asks a bit too much to be used right ? Requires water, as much labs as regular ones to have decent research speed and very energy expensive too

I'm not really good yet at survival, i struggle on the last waves on normal, still it seems to me alien lab shouldn't be required for their specific researches in this game mode, especially considering regular researches and alien ones can't be researched at the same time (which is rather stupid when you think of it)

Any tips ? And yes, i need to get gud i know
