Stuck - unable to build mining elevator
I am at the point where it asks me to build a mining elevator to access the caverns below yet I have looked through all my available buildings in the ctrl menu, there is no mining elevator. Any suggestions?

Update: To share, managed to fix this by a simple turning off the game and loading the save, then the mining elevator showed up next to HQ building.
