Energy Pylon bugged?
Once in a very rare while ALL buildings lose power in my HQ base. There is no clear answer for this, as I have 2.5 million power storage and a minimum of 30 000 positive power balance at any given time.

But I MIGHT have seen the issue. Once I built a pylon, but didn't like the location, so I placed a new one, but left the previous one up so the area wouldn't be without power. Then all power seemed to disappear when the second pylon was done. Every locations power-reading is marked as "local" as well, even close to the HQ itself. Though directly next to it it's no longer "local".

I reloaded the game and quickly sold the old pylon, and power stayed up after that. Is there a bug where power ends up in a "void", or some infinite loop, if 2 pylons are in the same power network? It's the only explanation I can think of right now.
I have also started supporting pylons with a bit of solar or wind-power nearby seeing the pylons also shut down. Dunno if that has any meaning to it.

It has happened a few times, and seem to always happen when power lines, generation, or pylons, are involved. It happened constantly when I tried to build some Fusion powerplants.

Put debug_recreate_buildings in the console. note this will reset what plants cultivators are using

This is an old bug the devs haven't been able to find the cause of. it has been around since the beginning of the game.

I think I found bug too

Energy pylons dont have enabled switch for power ON and OFF - its disabled and grey,but when I use switch in building menu massive Power OFF buildings,then is Energy pylon "disabled" and consumes no energy,but ENERGY CONNECTION is still working and outpost is no more LOCAL...is still conected with no comsumption 50power/sec
