Liquid compressor / decompressor question.
Can I use these to transport water across biomes? Or does it only work on the same map? I'm trying to get water to a desert biome (from a tropical biome) for my nuclear power plant. If I can't do it this way, how can I get water to my power plant in the desert, or was it a waste of time and resources building it there lol?

You can use them between maps

Cool I prolly just got it hooked up wrong. I'll figure it out. Thanks!

the decompressors are like seeder stations
you have to set them up with what you want to harvest after they are built

Also you may need to press the button in the middle of the selection pop up to tell it the type of resource that you want to receive.

So, to share my irritation with the current method of how the Compressor/decompressor works, please keep in mind they work in pairs, and the numbers have to match EXACTLY. So, if you have a Level 3 Compressor transporting +200 compressed liquid, you can only pair it to one Decompressor of any level, and anything extra is wasted. You can't feed two Level 1 compressors of -100 each off of one Lvl 3 Compressor, which is unfortunate considering Supercharged Plasma and Heavy Artillery. Also, the Outpost screen on the global scanner map will not tell you anything about what compressed liquid it's putting out, or what a decompressor is needing/using.

So, while this does open up more options, it's a lot more finicky to use than the vast majority of Riftbreaker's other systems.
