This is about the decision at the end of Metal Terror. Don't be spoiled.

Does it matter what decision I make in the end? I played both endings of Metal Terror and do not see a difference.

There is a different ending after you open the Rift back to earth ;-)

Yeah, this is just a Tower Defense game, decisions "don't matter" here in the sense the gameplay and options going forward are the same regardless.

You get different endings and conversations with Mr Riggs. Other than that though, it makes no difference.
