I'm new to getting games to be interactive on twitch. Can someone help me? I put my channel name in, and got my token. The chat shows it's Interactive, but nothing happens when I'm playing the game. Is there an extension I need to make this work?

Hey, you don't need any extension. Once you connect the game to Twitch you will see a message from our bot that an interactive stream session has started. After that, simply play the game and your chat will get to vote on events that happen before every attack wave and in between attack waves.

I just tried to connect mine, it hung but found out I had a message in windows asking for approval, did that to get the key, pasted it in and now it says my username wasn't recognised, check spelling etc but it's completely frozen so I'm guessing ALT F4 to end?

Sorry about that. Yeah, if the game froze try alt+f4. Are you running any antivirus software?

Hi ALT-F4 and taskmanager failed to work had to log out of PC completely. Taskmanager loaded and I could see it with ALT-TAB but the only window I could actually select was a frozen RiftBreaker.
Yeah Bullguard, came with my MOBO

Try disabling the antivirus software then. The only connection we have is for diagnostic purposes - if the game crashes it will try to send us a crash report so that we can fix it in the future. Perhaps your AV software hated it. You can also try whitelisting our game.

Cheers, using this break to actually have a break as I'm a bit addicted right now, I'll lyk how I get on.

While I have you though is there an option to change the display top right to show resources on your current area / biome rather than just "local"

And I've just realised I've played about 5 hours and expanding without using a little portal to fast travel, trouble is I started the Campaign last July and only just got back to the game this week and I can't remember how they work. Is there a guide or quick explanation?

If you see 'local' in the top right it means that your power grid is divided - your HQ has one power grid and you built a disconnected outpost elsewhere. Other than that all displayed resources are global.

You can place small portals around the map to move around using the map - TAB button. Those portals do not need to be powered on and have to be placed quite far from each other. You can also use the Orbital Scanner to jump to different biomes - U key by default, if I recall correctly.

Thank you.

Yeah I've sort of branched out and built a little fenced off area with a power source and some guns to pick off remote enemies, that's why I'd never noticed the power as "local" before.

I've used the biome jump it's just the little ones you can make, couldn't remember how to use them, I'll have a play. Thanks.
