stuck on objective

cultivate cacti on the tanzanite deposit to extract the resource, how do you do this? i have build cultivators all around the pool, and they are all work, but its looking like its asking me to build it IN the water?.... wtf?

It has two points of interest on other sides of the map, it wants you to build on the one that isn't the pool, and pipe in the water from the pool all the way over to fill the cultivators, its one of the harder missions cause of the long pipe

i have no problems foritying half the map to make a pipe line :)
