Cant disable HOTAS controller and its messing all other controls up.
Please add the ability to set specifically which controller type to use and disable the others.

Would love to play the game but can't even get past the initial base building phase because there is no way to disable my HOTAS (Hands on throttle flight sticks).

The game keeps picking up both the throttle and flight sticks analogue input axis and makes my character twitch around randomly. Its like the game is trying to use all the controllers at once and wont stay on just one. This is massively inconvenient and I wont disconnect my hardware to just to play this game.

This happens when trying to use game pad (both xbox and ps4) controller and mouse and keyboard.

Thanks for the tip, I will send this to our programmers!

I really hope they add ability to disable certain control methods. I've seen this issue pop up in a few games recently, I suspect the games are grabbing all controllers as there are so many different bits of kit these days but it can be detrimental sometimes.

PS I loved! X-Morph: Defence so I will actually pull my controllers to try this :-) LOL this is special circumstance seeing how good this game looks.

Here's another vote to fix this issue.

I can't find an option to turn controllers off or set the controller or anything. I tried unmapping every controller input in game, but it still won't stop sending my mouse flying off in whatever direction it thinks my hotas/sim rig is telling it to go.

Thanks in advance.

you keep your HOTAS plugged in all the time? I'm surprised this is the only game having issues with it.

I don't know the reason for your sass, if it's to deflect blame away from your favorite game or something, but yes this is the only game that I've played recently that has had issues with it. And yes, I keep it plugged in all the time because it's part of close to a dozen peripherals in my whole rig. But I wouldn't expect you to understand; you boiled a situation you obviously have no experience with down to "hur dur unplug ur hotas."

What's unreasonable is unplugging everything in order to play one game out of hundreds of other good games here without this issue. Last thing I want is for the devs to see your asinine comment and think this issue is normally a problem with the user instead of a problem with the user experience and is totally fine.

And it's not like I expect it changed tomorrow. I understand the realities of development and work prioritization. I'm not a child. I'm not forcing them, nor even asking them to slash features in their next update or something similarly ridiculous, meaning you stand to gain or lose nothing from this whole interaction. So there's literally no reason for you to go around posting snide offhand arguments against legitimate bugfix and/or feature requests.

Game messes up with my G27 too. Even if it's unpowered. I have to unplug it to play this game. Don't have to unplug it for any other game. It's really annoying since it's usually plugged into the back of my PC, and it's not really easy to get to.

It messes with almost every game I have. Just unplug it when it's not in use - easy.

This still needs fixing.

Game is unplayable with any other input plugged in.
