i agree, it would be nice to get a port, but in the meantime, it runs great with a quick tweak in WINE: http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=26385

sadly i i did what that page suggests and it still crashes on me. attempting to start Bejeweled 3 via console produces the following:
