Report a translation problem
Perhaps some of the artists are now under labels which require royalty fees for the use of their work - in which case, they decided to remove all of them from the menu music.
The entire OST is in the game and are being sold on Steam, its not a license issue.
I think that maybe they modified the menu music some point the past when they thought they might not get the licensed music anymore. But that clearly changed and now they forgot (or didint want) to change the menu music back.

OP you might wanna edit your thread title to something that'll catch the devs' attention, like "Music is missing" or something?
The game didn't feature any in-game music. The music was only in the main menu and on some spare occasions (like the jukebox in a chapter).
Unfortunately the devs removed the random music from the main menu and the jukebox, so basically the music IS removed from the game :(
