Stuck in tutorial

I seem to have hit a bug where the game throws up an on screen tutorial prompt then refuses to continue with the tutorial. I can eat people's brains, but the game will progress no further. Any idea how to work around/avoid?

What mission is this? If it's the tutorial in the very start, if you whistle before you get the prompt it locks the game. If you're getting a tutorial where it gives instructions, wait for them to come up before doing anything, even if you know them already

Yeah had this issue too. She told me to whistle the zombies over and ... Well nothing... The levels bugged???
