How do I possess someone else as Stubbs hand?

Currently playing the police map and set myself free. When playing as a hand, I know that after controlling someone you can deposses that person and possess someone else. What key bind is it?

Use the 'Q' key for the hand.

Also, from the manual:
G for head bowling, and
X (or Right mouse button) for gut grenade.
Obviously these controls are different than the in-game tutorial...

I could not get the hand to target anyone else after the initial possession on the police map.

I snagged one of the "Detectives" and just walked through the whole thing without engaging anyone. If you don't do anything aggressive, the AI ignores you.
