So i was about to beat the game with only three maps remaining, and i couldn't beat the 8th map of the ice world. It turns out i was doing everything right but one lever was bugged and didn't trigger an ice wall where it should be triggered, making it impossible for the player to advance to the ending point because of the three ice enemies located at the pit just infront of the ending point. If the ice wall that protects you from these enemies isn't triggered by the third lever they're simply gonna kill y...

I have very strong doubts that the devs will care at this point, so I'll post this here as a warning to other completionists. At the final stage of World 4 you cannot reach the top enemy here: https://i.imgur.com/OIYWZgr.jpg What's funny, is that the game considers you got all the collectibles even if you don't kill that enemy (you end up with 189/192).
