I dunno why he keeps saying that. In Shogun 2 the late game was very difficult when the Shogun turns against you and with him most of Japan.

A similar thing happens here in 3K.

No, I don't know if he's actually blacklisted anymore, but he's said he's not going to approach them for early access but he'd do it if they came to him offering (that applies to any game devs, not just CA).
