My 3rd AKIBA'S TRIP: Undead ＆ Undressed after the vita and ps4 version. ill just put the important point . basically the vampire are called synthister you beat them by undress them. you can only bring 1 companion at a time. you must hit certain bodypart such as head , body , pants. each have their own health point. which you can either strip or just hit them untill their clothes break.
