Are the mob goons in the basement infinite?
Is it possible to kill Wax Face and destroy the mob?

You'll never meet Wax Face, they didn't finish some quests. :)

You can meet him if you try to enter the club through the front door. But can you interact with him during the combat?
There's a battle somewhere on Blasted Street where you can interact with an enemy to win and proceed a certain quest further. Is the same possible with Wax Face? What changes after Wax Face is dead?
