Mark of the cleansing
It says i should find Krogh and question him about getting this mark but when I tell cultist in front of the teather about cult fugitive Krogh i get insta killed. Idk what to do?

Also when i try to pick up that robe or whatever in front of the altar i get whipped like a dog.

Krogh is the cult guy in the building behind richters drug store, the reason you die is because krogh put a curse on you to prevent you from speaking his name in the first encounter, go back to the building behind the drug store to get the mark
