Everytime I start the game I get a black screen. I have tried uninstalling and redownloading.. verify files.. nothing works.. Any tips to get the game to work?

does it mean that this game is not running in windows 7?

Doesnt seem to be any news,for quite some time..

Most achievments i have dont show up in the in game achievment menu although the items they unlock do (the achievments are still crossed out) and it says i have the monster log achievment yet the character isnt unlocked.
