[PC] Camera keeps panning downwards. HELP!
Am using an Elite Series 2 controller and have this issue where the camera keeps panning downwards. Have tried camera reset only to auto pan down again.

I have re-installed the game, re-calibrated my controller, updated my controller's firmware, disabled Steam input under Game Properties Controller settings, tried wireless/wired, unplugged keyboard/mouse........ all to no avail.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and how did you fix it? Game is nigh unplayable for me if I'm forced to keep staring at the floor and reset the camera every 2 seconds.
(Switching the Y axis makes the camera pan upwards instead)

Any help would be most appreciated.

I fixed it by turning off DS4 and enabling PlayStation Configuration Support in Steam Big Picture mode's Controller settings.

Alternatively go to Properties > Controller Settings > Controller General Settings - which leads to Steam Big Picture Mode.

Unfortunately didn't help, issue still persists.

Did you try in other games or on gamepad-tester? It could be stick drift.

I’ve tried it on 3 separate controllers and all have the same issue so doubt it’s stick drift.

Could be the specific port unless you've already tried other ports already. Then Im at a loss.

I tried various ports and wireless and still an issue.

Bandai Official support also seems to be at a loss ='(

Is SN the only game where such a thing happens?

Just had a thought but maybe some background application is causing the problem like some control program for mouse/keyboard or something similar. I've got 2 programs running for kb/m cause corsair keyboard and steel series mouse. Long story short....used to have logitech but kept breaking every year so tried other things.

Yup, sadly. No known issues with other games I’m playing.

Possibly but not sure how to isolate and find the culprit.
Bandai support states the PC version only has partial controller support so proper functionality can’t be guaranteed with controllers.

Disable camera motion blur if you have it on

i had the same issue and i found out on 1 site that i had an controller drift. i used this site[gamepad-tester.com]. sometimes i realised that my camera moved on its own sometimes when i locked into an enemy and let's say i had to use LT to drop something on the enemy.

Does it happen without the controllers plugged in? Personally I tried to start with using a controller(just default wired xboxone controller which worked no problems) but once I realized the PC controls hadn't been stripped down to nothing I just used kb/m.

Thanks for the suggestion. Gave it a go but seems that my controller is working ok.
