can you max your skill tree?
I'm at level 60 currently and was never able to max everything....is 60 the max level? Is there other ways to get BP?

There's an achievement for unlocking all the skills, so... yeah.

New Game+ exists, shouldn't be a problem to go there and grind for a bit.

You're going to want to slap on that EXP boosting plug-in and grind the Sumeragi Tomb areas a bunch- you need to reach level 80 to have enough BP to max out your skill tree.
