Is a "Medium" HUD size possible?

On Steam Deck, the small HUD size is a little too small to read, while the large HUD size ends up covering too much of the playfield. A medium would be ideal or, alternatively, a different font option for the HUD that would stand out more against the white background.

Also, if you could enable d-pad support for navigating the menus I would appreciate it.
