Keep getting disconnected from Voice Chat

I'll start a game just fine but then voice chat just stops working. It pretty much ruins the match for me.

I know if you use voice mod, or programs like that it causes issues. I know on discord just do !Voip for help

Having problems with your voice in chat? Try these solutions:
1. Double check the VOIP capture/playback in settings, set these to your proper headset/mic
2. Ensure you are not using any voice modulating software like voicemod
3. Ensure you are not behind any firewalls that might block voice communication
4. Ensure you have the correct DATE AND TIME set on your computer
