GrandroidsIn February 2011, Grand announced a new project, Grandroids, described as "real 'alien' life forms who can live in a virtual world on your computer". In September 2024, the project was renamed to Phantasia, and the progress updates were made public.[en.wikipedia.org]
I've been following this game's development since I was in high school, lmao.
And about Grandroids, I haven't played it myself (not even sure if you can even get it anymore) it looks like it's just a concept.
As for Species, well you can see it here, it's been obviously abandoned for whatever reason.
It's funny how people find my game via the species community forums :D
As for Grandroids. It was renamed to Phantasia. The project is still running. The new homepage is called: https://phantasia.life/
