Can I use help during boss fights or this will only spoil my record? Technically there will be no "flask consumption" 🤔

You can heal by Veridiana's help, Guilt recollection and Lifesteal prayer and still get the achievement.
Also, you might use the Heart of Holy purge on boss fights just to be safe.

Is this 100% accurate? I've seen people saying the opposite, but I haven't tried it myself either way. You tried this yourself?

I am trying cause I have no other option. ( I am playing for the Bronze medal and without flasks when facing bosses)

On the run I've got this achievement I was using Guilt recollection and Lifesteal prayer. And a Heart of the Holy Purge. Just in Case. Didn't ask Veridiana for help though (wanted to know what is going to happen if I'll keep her alive till the very end; she's still young and standing there before the last boss on that save).

I just finished this achievement along with the speed run one, and the meet up of Cleofas and Redento.

-Used Viridiana once in the fight against the baby (accidentally);

-Used the guilt fragments for recovery very often;

-Accidentally hit the flask button during the final boss, killed myself, and went back and killed him without using it.

Still got the achievement in the end. So, pretty sure the main thing is to not use flasks at all and then finish the boss. Not sure if using the prayer that heals on hit counts, but I'm assuming not.
