Does Perpetua's Protection have any use outside the Esdras fight?
I've only seen one enemy so far that MIGHT use electricity so far.

Also, does it completely immunize you, or just lower the damage a bit?

It lowers damage. The last boss fight.

There is one enemy that uses lightning, but it's an extremely rare attack (only happens if you try to combo-chain it too long), and there are only 3 of that enemy in the game, and (apart from 1), they don't respawn.

So, yeah, pretty much just bosses.
