Mouse constrained to game-screen in windowed mode?

Mouse seems to be constrained to the game-screen while in windowed mode? Anyone else have this? Cannot tab out or Windows-key out of it either.

Yeah it's stuck on the screen for me as well but I can alt tab to my second screen at least =)

Try pressing alt+enter in the game and tell me how it goes

That should just make it into actual windowed mode.....unless it's been set up not to. =)

alt+enter puts the game into full-screen mode which I do not want. I set it to 1650x1080 windowed, but once there, my mouse is locked into that window-- cannot leave it, via alt-tab, win-key or any other option I've tried, /sadface

I know, but if you press it twice, it might help and return you to the mode you prefer. It helped me when the mouse pointer was constrained to an invisible box.
