How to enable 2 player?

before the level starts there is an option!
unfortunately 2p is quite incomplete right now. and the game forces the first level to be only 1 player. Tutorials are only one-player, and other stuff like that.

We're working this week to polish it up. The first boss is a little bugged in 2p. But after the first act I think most of them are 2p friendly!

I tried to find how to activate 2 player mode and I couldn't find anything. Then I just found accidently that you have to press the Left, Right arrow keys in order to switch to 2 player mode on the level Start button.

You have to switch with left/right button in the description screen before starting the Level ... after that Player 2 can play with the "E" Button ...

I played the first Level (after the introduction - with the samurai) with 2 players

it isn't working on steam deck, no matter what I do I'm not being able to change mode to coop
