Muse Plus now includes all future DLCs. You can buy it now and be guaranteed access to all future content permanently.

For simplicity sake, the only difference between Just as Planned and Muse Plus, is that Just as Planned included vocaloid content that is no longer available. Read more about the change here:

In-app purchases no longer exist on the Steam version; the only option available for purchase is Muse Plus, unless you're talking about the mobile phone versions of the game, in which case I'll give you a friendly reminder that paid content does NOT transfer between platforms. Purchases made through iOS or Android are only accessible on iOS or Android devices respectively, and not on Steam.

Thanks for the answer, saw someone complaining that you don't get future content with the new dlc. So that's why I've asked.
Muse Plus always included future updates, but unlike Just as Planned it didn't also cover every future paid DLC. But the differences behind free updates and paid DLC was so arbitrary and confusing to players that they decided to now make Muse Plus simply act as a more expensive Just As Planned instead.

The recorded USD number for Just as Planned doesn't seem quite accurate to me, because for every other major currency it correctly works out to how I remember it, Just as Planned's base price being ~10 dollars cheaper than Muse Plus.
