Edit: I missed when you said he has them, he shouldn't and it's likely because of how the servers have been funky lately and having issues properly validating who owns what. If it hasn't already happened I suggest you let him know that if he just bought the dlc he isn't supposed to have it and it will probably disappear when the server issues are resolved.
I heard that the DLC terms have changed, but "Just as Planned" still worked fine until now. It would be strange if you told me, "Oh, we messed up, you shouldn’t have owned those DLCs." So, can you confirm if this is just a server issue and if I don’t need to buy the Muse Plus DLC again?
