Why don't I have the Vocaloid and Arknights DLCs???

Today a friend and I bought Muse Dash in the morning (11 AM), he only bought the base game and I bought the game and DLC, and tonight (10 PM) my friend bought the DLC and his Muse Dash has Miku and Amiya. why?

Because these were time limited collaborations, you can't get them if you didn't buy them or just as planned when they were available.

Edit: I missed when you said he has them, he shouldn't and it's likely because of how the servers have been funky lately and having issues properly validating who owns what. If it hasn't already happened I suggest you let him know that if he just bought the dlc he isn't supposed to have it and it will probably disappear when the server issues are resolved.

I'm facing this issue too. Before the last update, everything worked properly for me. I own "Just as Planned," and it had unlocked all the characters and songs. However, now everything has disappeared, and it's saying that I need to buy the Muse Plus DLC to unlock them again.

I heard that the DLC terms have changed, but "Just as Planned" still worked fine until now. It would be strange if you told me, "Oh, we messed up, you shouldn’t have owned those DLCs." So, can you confirm if this is just a server issue and if I don’t need to buy the Muse Plus DLC again?

Game was made free to claim for a bit on mobile recently, so while that may not necessarily be the cause it is assumed by many in the community that it has caused the servers to be overburdened and is in turn making dlc ownership checks fail at random (sometimes it fixes itself by simply restarting the game or by playing through a song). You should not need to rebuy the dlc as the developers are most likely aware of this issue already and are likely trying to fix it, so just wait it out and try the things mentioned have fixed it for some people.

About this, don't worry. You don't need to buy anything. The thing that causes you're not able to play with your JUST AS PLANNED PASS, is the server overload. Purchases now are verified by the servers as some kind of anti-piracy system, but due the high amount of new players this feature is not able to manage all the requests.
