I do not really think so... I only thought about it now when I saw this message.

The style of the characters may be similar.
But such archetypes and design elements are not only stuck to specific characters.
If we think in this direction - any character will look like another, who already exists, if you search well.

I mean, you can find a lot of characters with the similar hairstyle and/or hair color, and type of charisma, clotching style, or other patterns, if you really try.

For example, I could say: that Maria is also similar to Rika Furude (Frederica Bernkastel?) from "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni", with some differences. Who also looks like Stocking in same way.
