are you still able to buy len and rin?

i've been wanting to get len and rin from the in game store, but it just has me sit in the loading screen of death forever. i've restarted the game, have yet to restart my pc (i wouldnt think that would b an issue tbh) and my game wasnt/isnt glitching so idrk know what the deal is. i thought MAYBE its just something they forgot to take off the store, but there are people posting yt videos where they bought it only a month ago, and theres still 172 ish days left to buy it (at least thats what it says in the shop) im aware that theres a pack that you can buy where you get both hatsune miku and the rin-len mirrorland dlcs called "just as planned" or smthn, but i dont have that on the in game store, steam or my file explorer. i would appreciate some help with whatever is wrong with my game, please TT. i know that mush dash plus is a separate thing from rin-len and miku, im willing to buy but nothin seems to be working

Rin and Len are still available, the issue you're encountering has been known to happen. Make sure your Steam overlay is enabled (Try pressing Shift+Tab in-game and make sure it's pulling up Steam stats and links, like how long you've been playing in your current session), then try activating the purchase again.

'Just as Planned' was discontinued last year and replaced by Muse Plus.

it wasnt pulling anything up when i pressed shift+tab except for the in game settings menu, but i still tried to purchase the items again and nothing
