I'm a little confused about the MUSE PLUS DLC

I'm planning on getting the muse plus DLC but I'm a little confused, maybe I'm just stupid but I want to make sure I'm getting this right before I spend 30 bucks on a DLC. Does it come with all the characters? I know it doesn't come with Miku and the two yellow haired midget duo but does it come with all the others? If someone can just clarify what all comes with MUSE PLUS for me, you'd be a great help, thanks.

Muse Plus includes every song and every character EXCEPT for the following:

The 10 Miku songs, and the Miku character herself.

The 10 Rin-Len songs, and the Rin & Len character themselves.

The 8 Arknights songs, and the Amiya character herself (This pack has been discontinued, as the contract with Arknights expired)

You get access to everything else, 500+ songs and every character except those 3, as well as a permanent 1.5x XP multiplier and a permanent discount on the other DLCs (Miku and Rin-Len will become cheaper after you’ve bought Muse Plus).
