Is Muse plus worth it for a newbie?

Im still pretty new to the game and the highest level I can play now is only 6 (T_T)

And thats pretty good, all you have to do is keep trying, you´ll see the results for sure. First try to make every song you like a Full Combo, then just try to make more perfects or go for the Chaos difficulty trust me, if you like the song and chart you are playing it will become so easy you will notice in a few tries

It’s a great choice if you plan on playing the game for a long time, or if you like a lot of the songs in the DLC.
The base game is pretty much a Demo, going on sale under $1 pretty often, so keep playing and see if you like the game, if you do, Muse Plus is a great option with over 500 songs and new content monthly.

Its absolutely worth it. I'm comfortable at only a 7* and having a lot of fun.

Thanks for the suggestion guys, I will def get muse plus but I think I'll wait for a sale first since the dlc is pretty expensive in my country
