what level or how do you get her?

You will unlock characters the more and more you play... there isn't really a way to choose who you unlock at what times!

I have lvl 80 and I just have 1/8 pices of her...

I had all of the characters unlocked around lv130. The items you get are randomized, therefore, you need luck.

I unlocked her when I was around level 162, Sadly.

I don't know if the order is random, but you should have everything by level 136.
Doing runs with the Idol Buro will bring you there pretty quickly.

items are randomized but can you get dupes of an item you already unlocked the character of?

I don't think so. No duplicates, so it didn't take too long. I think I got all at ~lvl 100.

Was around level 125-130 for me, then unlocked Bunny Rin and Devil Marija shortly after.

about level 126, and idol buro is your best friend until you unlock everything you want. just complete challenges and the highest rank songs you can for tons of EXP

I just got hella lucky and unlocked little devil and girl in black on the same level up. 136.. so yeah, it seems random.
