DLC transfer

I bought the dlc a while ago on steam and just linked my phone to my pc account using google but when I try to restore the just as planned dlc it says "restore purchase succeeded" but does not restore any songs or characters.

you can't transfer the dlc from one platform to another

yeah bc on mobile the game costs differnet prices, and the elc ispackaged differently - even if you got just as planned, it doesnt transfer, it will transfer your game data, records and all that stuff.
i had to rebuy it on steam as well, i fee,l your pain
